Yuma Bins VIP Membership – Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 8/27/25 By purchasing the Yuma Bins VIP Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Overview The Yuma Bins VIP Membership is a monthly subscription priced at $99.99 per month. Membership benefits include: Exclusive VIP Event every Wednesday from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (while supplies last). Access to wholesale sales and select premium shelf items during VIP events. 15% off all purchases throughout the membership month.
2. Membership Duration & Renewal Membership is valid for one month from the date of purchase. Memberships are billed monthly and must be renewed to maintain benefits. Failure to renew on time may result in loss of access to VIP benefits.
3. Use of Benefits VIP benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the member. Discounts apply only to eligible in-store purchases and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated. VIP event items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last.
4. Cancellations & Refunds Membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Partial month refunds are not provided.
5. Store Policies & Code of Conduct Members must comply with all Yuma Bins store policies. Yuma Bins reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for misuse, inappropriate conduct, or violation of these terms.
6. Changes to Membership Yuma Bins reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program or its benefits at any time with prior notice. Updated terms will be posted in-store and/or online.
7. Agreement By purchasing the VIP Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
